I had my springs and drums replaced a week ago then all of a sudden the door wouldn't close. Charles came out and diagnosed the issue immediately. Made a couple of small adjustments, which solved the problem and helped me reprogramm my keypad. He is an excellent representative of A1 Garage.

Charles and his associate diagnosted the "grabbing problem with our double garage door" as needing additional support. They installed an additional horizontal band across the door and replaced the rollers and made necessary adjustments. The door does not close smoothly like it did before the grabbing problem and I am not confident that it won't get worse and require more attention.
